Jubilee City Gardens, Sector 116, Mohali is being developed by Jubilee Group. The name of the company is Jubilee Joy Homes LLP. This is one of the trusted builders in the Mohali region. They have numerous other ongoing projects in the city like Jubilee Walk, Jubilee Junction and Jubilee GolfVista. The company has recently given possessions of yet another completed project by the name of Jubilee Square.
Jubilee City Gardens is the first project where the company id offering plots. It is one of those few townships in a premium location at Mohali where you can buy your own plot i.e. your own piece of land. It is going to be a residential township where main roads will be developed and maintained by GMADA.
